I have opened a PayPal dispute and seller counter-claimed the dispute as saying that he have completed the project and sent a report?

You replied to my email saying you understand that I wanted a refund, yet you counter-claim on Paypal saying you have completed the project? It's so obvious now you are trying to scam right?

After 2 months, and after I chased you, you sent me a partial report just for the sake of sending me a report.. obviously you know you have not completed the project.

A shit-list will follow if you don't give an acceptable explanation to this within 24hours.

I've been around the forum for awhile, and I've bought lots of services and many sellers can confirm that I'm a very reasonable buyer who ALWAYS try to work out something with the seller if they are late with their delivery. However, it irks me when a seller is trying to fool me and take me for a ride.

After 50+ days he delivered an unfinished, partial report and promised to refund my money (as soon as he gets money from new orders, because HE HAS NO MONEY!)
Yesterday after 11 days right before the deadline he replied for the paypal dispute...****bag.

This is to let everyone know that while the first batch order got delayed by more than 3 weeks, we slowly recovered and delivered all orders placed in the month of January on time.

The delay primarily happened because of 2 reasons. Initially we got into some account issues with press release module and it was not going through. And when that got fixed, I had personal mishap and was not available for 2 weeks which delayed the process of report compilation. Even when we completed the work on time (except one module), it was report compilation job, which delayed the delivery.

All reports have been delivered as of today. Please PM me or send me an email, if you need any clarifications.

And lastly, my heartiest thanks to everyone who stood with me in my difficult times and co-operated at every step.

However you should ensure to deliver it on time. I received report 3 weeks late; but it does not matter much to me because I am not in a seasonal business. Moreover I checked the work in random and found that you did all the work on time. Its just that you have sent report late.

Communication is always great with instant support but there was no mail while you were away.

I tried SEO Devine and have been impressed with the range of properties included for the price. Some of the modules like the IFTTT linkwheels are a nice touch. All work was done as expected, and while there was a longer wait for completion than originally planned, I feel that was made up for with some bonus links included. That being said based on the speed of delivery of my order I wouldn't use this service for a project where a quick turnaround is needed. Support was also prompt, and makes me confident any issue would be resolved if reported. I plan to order again as I was pleased with the value for money ratio.

It happened only with 2 orders because their niche was not qualified enough to pass the press release. Despite trying hard, their website could not pass through press release and hence partial report. So we issued a refund to them.
As you said, your report is complete with all report. Cheers
