What are you trying to say? It's like returning a Ferrari after a couple of rides because you realized you can't fit your wife and children in it. If your strategy don't work, how is it the software's problem? It's your problem. If the plugin don't work, they give you refund. Some people are simply bitter. Geez.
First of all probably you wont buy a Ferrari or any car, if you haven't tested it. How would you know if interior is good, materials, how gear shifts and etc?
If you gonna buy car based just on pure feedbacks of a random people then I think you're not very smart.
Secondly - 99 procent of the sellers offer money back guarantee within 30 days. It is a software with license key which you can just delete and that's it.
Not some SEO service.
Thirdly - I don't know where you are from. But in my country we have customer protection law, which means you can return any item within 14 days, even if it works well.
