I'm not going to do that; I think your offer is underpriced and I know a lot of his background and you're trying to cheap out on this offer if you really have 900K (which is really not that much money).
Part of the benefit of having members that have a lot of knowledge offering their opinions is that it keeps a noob from getting taken.

Should you get someone to make that for you for 1K you'll be disappointed down the road, if not immediately. YT is in constant flux so your tool will need to be adjusted on a regular basis (ask
@Dagreyon how that really works as he plays in that sandbox) so your coder will need to be part of your staff or paid on a regular basis. If the tool is made for 1K it would be a bare bones tool and bare bones doesn't work when you are "fighting" with Google's algo.
But it's your money so spend it any way you want; what I find surprising is that a person who purports to be successful is so anti-advice as that is usually the other way around.
