Hi, web hosting companies won't have any problem about you installing the Like Jacker on your site. The plugin does require that your web hosting has PHP version 5.5 or newer though but most web hosting companies already run this version. If they don't then they can easily update it for you if you ask. We would recommend using HostWinds though as we have used them for the sites where we have installed the Like Jacker and we've never experienced any issues with them.

can you help? i payed for your plugin, got the first mail with directions, never got the second mail with the plugin and licence key... asked for help wia suport. was able to download the plugin and checked the best practice guide, but didnt copy the licence key .... i lost the suport ticket,... tried sending suport tickets on my mail, never got that mail allso, am waiting for quite some to be finaly able to setup your plugin, I opened a new suport ticket... can you help and speed up things a bit? so i can finaly start using your plugin... tnx

Hi, we're unable to respond to replies on this thread too often due to BHW rules for BST threads. You will always get faster support at the help desk where you have opened your ticket. All tickets have been replied to at the help desk.

The email that you received which has the download link for the Like Jacker also has your license key. Unless you have deleted that email for some reason, it should still be in your inbox. As the welcome email has links to your plugin, help guide, license key and our support desk details we suggest that you keep a copy of that email.

This is one of the most annoying questions we get asked! Obviously the Like Jacker still works otherwise we wouldn't be able to sell it and it would be pointless even trying to do so. And you can be sure that BHW would have closed this thread long ago if the Like Jacker didn't work as they wouldn't allow us to sell it.

The FB Like Jacker has always worked since it was released in 2014. It has always been updated to ensure that it continues to work and that is why we are still selling this plugin today. If it didn't work then we wouldn't be able to sell it.

Just tested it, works as described! Thanks! I will order the other 2 plugins soon.... just a note: I wish there was a way where I can run all 3 at the same time and wouldn't have to run them with 3 x 8 hour "shifts". ... Hope you can figure something out so that we can use all 3 at once....

I recived first email from you no problem, never got the second mail, didnt delete it and looked in spam folder, i know partialy my prblem cause i didnt save my ticket on your page when you resolved it, but that wouldnt have happened if i gotten the secend email....

tnx for giving me the missing email info per suport ticket (waited quite more time than you advertise on your page) . i would like to ask few other questioms, wia this forum cause my suport ticket in wich i asked got deleted (was smart inuff to save it this time)...
I instaled your plugin, was able to make out the initial errors or incompatibilities with my theme, when i made a facebook app, but was never able to get the popup showing, or the plugin make fully working... i dont want to be a smart ass or bitching around on this forum, but im not new to wordpress maybe new to this forum and i would like to get what i payed for... went thrue all your documentation published, and no... my webpage or fb page isnt blacklisted....
Im first of all a bussiness man and i try and stand behind my products and I dont conduct business like that i take my costumer serious... i will write on this forum how we resolved my issues...
