Hi, sorry, we have blocked certain countries to reduce the workload from our support desk which is having to spend far too much time dealing with customers who speak very little English and that communication barrier is proving to be an issue now. It is not uncommon for a support thread to consist of 7x the number of replies for a customer who speaks very little English compared to someone who does speak English.

We have monitored this issue over a number of months before taking any steps to resolve it. I know there are a lot of people who speak very good English as a second language who will want to buy the Like jacker. Those people are more than welcome to PM me to arrange buying the Like Jacker.

The answer to that is, yes, it will Like Jack users of the FB app if you post your website link on to FB. You can post it on your own wall, in a group or on a page. You can even post it in a comment. Then when someone who is logged in to FB ,via the FB app, clicks on your link they will be Like Jacked.

Hi, yes it is possible and is achieved simply by using the 'time inactive' feature of each plugin. This is the best approach as it will avoid your visitors from seeing more than one popup plus it helps to spread things out with the jacking of each platform. What I mean by this is that if you have 1,000 visitors per day to your site and you Like Jacked all of them then FB may think that activity is suspicious due to the large number of likes coming from your site.

So, by having the G+ Jacker installed as well then you can split the jacking of your visitors between FB and G+. This means that you can make the most of your visitors.

G+ is a lot more lax than FB when it comes to getting +1 votes so you can be more aggressive with the amount of jacking that goes on at your site if you jack a percentage of your traffic for +1 votes. This way you're getting more bang for your buck with jacking

I would suggest setting each jacker to be active for 8 hours each per day so that there will always be one of the plugins jacking your visitors for you.

Very old versions of the Like Jacker were coded to call a script on our server as part of the licensing. This was phased out more than 12 months ago when we updated the Like Jacker and the licensing method. We have emailed customers of the Like Jacker many times to advise them to update the plugin as the file that is called by the very old versions of the plugin will now cause a link to our site to be placed in the footer of their sites.

This was done to get the attention of the Like Jacker user so that they would contact us. The version of the plugin which causes this is so old that it no longer works properly which is why it's important to always update to the latest version of the plugin.
