How Much Traffic you get from Instagram

I saw many people here use Instagram for marketing. I think that Instagram isn't good traffic source, I am wrong or ? Can someone share statistics, how much followers you have and how much visitors you get?
Also do you post standard image with your content and clue "link in bio"?

Yes, exactly. I just wondering how much followers I need for let's say approx. 100 visitors or better 1000 visitors (which will be magic to get from Instagram).

i think it depends on your niche, follower count, your content, your strategy and and why your getting them to your site whether its selling something or offering up content etc etc
a website centered around photography is going to get more traffic than a medical blog.

It will be great if someone post example from personal experience. I hope you get visit from more than 1% followers

based on other links that i have posted i can get about 100 clicks to a site in the specific photo niche i am in per day, looking at what percentage of followers is looking at the wrong number.

you need to base your expectations off of new dailly followers and your posts interactions. and franklly you just can't give a credible guess since it varies widely between pages, specific audiences and what the site if for.

just start working and see where it gets you, if you do it right (and depending on niche/site) you can achieve 100 clicks per day and even more.

Ok. Can you just tell me how much followers you had when you get 100 clicks ? I just want something for comparison.

15K followers.

but that number doesnt really matter what matters is how many people see your IG posts mine was at 2500-3500 per post and how many new followers per day and mine was at 50-75 per day.

Instagram is a horrible place, it's nearly dead and all of it's users have deleted the app. There is over 400M dead accounts and only like 20M active users left, there's no more money to be made and we should all stop using social media as a traffic source since we are all wasting our time.

@datsunguy Thank you for info. I will definitely try it. For a start I will go with 10 profiles, I think that I will need a month or two for 10k followers on each. But like you said before incoming followers are very important because when they open my profile they will see my link. Also niche is very important so I will try to get followers with the same interests. Thanks again!

Guys IG is so easy if you have the right resources. You can get 10k followers in 1-3 days easy, you just have to choose the right niche and people who can push you. I can offer you everything, I have combined over 300k on several accounts!
