There are bad addictions and healthy addictions.Try to rewire your brain with some more healthier addictions like physical fitness and body building. I got into that a few years ago and I can't miss a work out day. It's like a part of me already. I also always set goals on how I want to look physically. Once it becomes routine, you won't be able to stop. Your mind and body will benefit the rewards from the work you put in. In no time, you will find alcohol not only irrelevant to your life, but also disgusting too as your mind rejects it..
