Look into Naltrexone, OP. AA isn't the end all be all - I quit drinking without AA 8 years ago. Granted, I didn't take any medication to curb cravings, I'm just saying that there is more than one way to get through this shit. Good luck to you.

Buddy, I was the same. I did not read the entire thread but all I can say is nothing is a meaning of life. Not alcohol, nor drugs. You should just find a better way to entertain yourself and I'm sure it won't be alcohol or something like that.
