Every. Single. Thing. STARTS WITH YOU.

You gotta make that choice buddy. I've been in similar situations, drinking heavy liquor straight up for 2-3 weeks straight until i feel like my liver isn't doing well, then i asked friends to come and live with me rent free for a few months so they can be around to tell me not to. Keeping someone who wont judge you helps a lot. Clean out your house from any alcohol.

All that helped, but the real change came when i had to stay sober for 3 days and have a heart-to-heart with myself about my situation, and think about my classmates from high school what they are doing and what they have achieved that i haven't. What i want in life, where i want to be in life in 1 years time, 3 years, 5 years, set some goals. You deserve better than to drink and wake up with a headache every morning. You are no less than anyone you know, but you need to truly understand that, and admit to yourself that drinking is destroying you. Hope it never happens, but think about what people have to say about you if you die due to some drinking problem, medical, accidental or whatever.

No sodas, or chocolate, drinking a lot of water and smoking cigarettes helped me, (only if you are already a smoker).

You deserve the best and nothing less. It all starts with YOU. Treat yourself better! Drinking is not the solution.

The truth is you just have to make the decision that you aren't going to drink any more and then stick to it.

That's not to belittle addiction and say it's easy, it's fucking hard. BUT no one else can do it for you and if you don't do it, it will ruin your entire life and your families lives.

Think of it as a challenge - it will be really hard, you will hate it, you will be ill, you will be depressed, you'll probably get headaches, sickness, you will miss it so much, your body will be screaming at you to take a drink, but all of those things are the addiction fighting to keep you in its trap - are you going to stand for that? Hell no. You are stronger. You can beat addiction.

It might sound stupid but... just stop. I know it sounds silly. I once had a problem with procrastination and depressive thoughts for a long time. I was listening to a podcast and i dont remember the name of the guy.It was someone from the billionaire's list. He's answer when asked : How to do or not do something was - just don't it's that simple, just don't. I know your problem is quite different but it can work. Everytime that I meet an obstacle that seems too big I say to myself - Just don't or Just do it (Not affilated with Nike) and it works for me. I hope that things will work out for you. :)

if youre a men you will do it , if you kiding yourelf you will drink forever !
