How would you monetize a semi targeted email list?

I have 130.000+ emails in the women's health, dating and beauty niche.

These emails are collected from legit members of one site so I know they're interested in that womanly stuff. All of the emails are women's. (Think of it as the MakeUseOf of women.)

I don't know any affiliate programs that allow spam. I do not have enough funds to invest in something that can legitimately convert them.

Any tips?

Sorry if the word 'women' is redundant and I know that there are many threads like this, only that most of them are untargeted lists.

edit: I also have emails from other niches (guys who opted in a porn site etc.).

Create a womanly product review site? Or a general woman's health tips blog. Start using that list to send newsletter type updates of your site. Monetize site with Adsense and Amazon. Look for other forms of affiliate to promote through the emails as well

Do I send them the e-mail updates and pretend they're subscribed to my site? Will it affect my site in any way?

I am in your similar situation, i am thinking to use facebook audience, adding the emails there, I already added to custom audience and about half or more are in fb, I could do fb ads to them, but I am not sure, if would be enough traction to make them sign up to my newsletter or just send emails straight

before that u can send some valuable items to them to warm ur list and increase the open rate

Sell Amazon products as an affiliate - just make sure the products apply to your page.

Here's what I do with emails:
2000 per sheet, save as CSV format. (I'd say the value for 2000 emails in a niche is $10-$20.... but selling it at this price might be tough.)
Import to google contacts
Import to facebook page
Import to LinkedIn
Import to any other social media outlets you have relating to the niche
See if any new connections bubble up to the top.

Another route:
You make a Facebook page or LinkedIn profile that specifically says: I do one thing and one thing only and that one thing is I sell the niche email lists.
So, you make the page/profile that is basically an ad for you selling your list.
Then, you import everyone in your email list. See who connects or likes the page. See if anyone inquires about buying some email lists.

Another route: (too time consuming for me)
Those email addresses + shopify + advertising something in your niche
