Hi guys, sorry about that. We're all sorted now. There was something we had to change on the server and it needed to be offline while that was done. We choose off-peak times and days to do this to minimise disruption.

If you reply back to us with your license key we'll resolve that. The expiry date of your license key will be due to an error that was made a couple of years ago when some license keys were issued. No license keys are meant to expire and if you receive an email from our system telling you otherwise then simply reply to that email to let us know and we'll make sure your license key doesn't expire.

Hi, As the FB App is self contained it doesn't leak information in the same way that a browser does. Therefore Like Jacking users who are using the FB app has to be done differently.

The only way that FB App users can be Like Jacked is by having them click a link for your site on FB. You can post your sites link to your own wall, a FB page or a FB group. When a FB App user clicks on that link your website is opened up inside of the FB App and it makes it possible to Like Jack them. There isn't any other method available for Like Jacking a user of the FB app.

I just found that the plugin is not doing its job. It was supposed to like the target page when I click "X" button on the popup, but that is not happening. I click the X button and the popup closes, and when I go to check the target page whether its liked or not using same facebook account I see that the page is not liked yet. Are you going to publish updates for the plugin or something?

Hi, I read all of your PM's that you sent me about this. If the popup is showing but the likes aren't being registered with the FB account then there is either an error with the settings you're using in the Like Jacker or FB has blocked your website from being able to send Likes to your FB pages.

This isn't an error with the Like Jacker and it doesn't require an update. What you need to do is create a ticket at the support desk at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ so that we can help you. We're unable to provide support on this thread and we don't use PM's to provide or manage support.

Hey Shez - I am thinking about this technique. Correct me if I am wrong.

1. I will add like jacking script on my website
2. Pay a big FB page in my niche to share my post on their page
3. Users from that page (browser+app) click on that post and lands on my website
4. All those users (browser+app) will automatically like my page.

Did I miss anything?

Also, is it possible to hire you to create jacking scripts from other platforms such as Tumblr, pinterest, twitter?

I see that you have opened a ticket at the desk today with the exact same lack of information. However, what I do know now is that you purchased the plugin in May 2016 and since that time there have been at least 6 updates to the plugin. I also checked the support desk for other tickets from you (by matching your email address and name) and I found two tickets that you opened (using different email addresses). Each ticket was answered by us with our standard request for your license key which we need before we can provide a customer with support. Unfortunately, you never replied to those tickets at all.


The desk is the only channel that we use to provide support and the link to the support desk is in the welcome email you received when you purchased the plugin as well as being in the user guide of the plugin.
