I wonder why I feel it doesn't work properly. I get 200-300 "New" visitors to my site everyday and all I get is 4-5 new likes to my facebook page. The liking is set to 100%.
Any idea how this can be fixed?

For me also same issue i am not getting one like i have more then 200 to 300 hits. I have test the plugin with two domains both of them was having same issue i have open the ticket [#5XT-Y3E-G1P1]

Hi, I can't help you via this thread! Posting your ticket ID in the thread only serves to make it easier for someone else to access your ticket which is yet another reason why we don't use this thread for anything related to support. That is why we have a dedicated support desk where your ticket is answered and being dealt with.

And may I add that when you reply to the ticket and then PM me to tell me all you're doing is creating more work at this end as I need to reply to your PM to tell you that your ticket will be responded to. Your ticket will be responded to without the need to PM me to tell me you have replied to your ticket.

The same goes when then you post about a support issue in this thread.

However, I dealt with your ticket myself so I know the details of it. The cause of the issue is that your site is less than 4 weeks old, and as I explained to you, FB has clamped down on new sites when they are being used with FB. After I explained this to you, you replied to tell me that your site was much older than 4 weeks which seems strange because your domain was registered on November 23rd 2016 making it new enough for FB to have an issue with it.

I see you have updated your ticket again to tell me that you have installed it on another site although you haven't provided the details of the site for me to test the plugin for you.

And I think my post here goes to prove my point that when you post on the thread and PM me about your ticket then all it does is create more work this end. The only way to troubleshoot an issue is by conversing about via your ticket at the support desk. And that is something I now need to do now. If I didn't have to reply to you here and in PM's then your ticket would have been replied to sooner.

The percentage to use will depend on a number of variables inlcuding your FB page age, activity, like history etc. After you have purchased the plugin, if you create a ticket at our support desk we can discuss this in more detail as I would also like to see the FB page that you're planning on sending likes to.
