Hello, I have submitted another ticket. My most recent time sensitive orders are still unprocessed and I'm a bit concerned since looking back it seems like my original ticket never got through about the last order that never worked ($3 refund). Also looking back it seems like multiple orders never fully processed, and it's beginning to stack up quite a bit. Since my original orders from a while ago never even got 1 upvote, I'm guessing the same goes for the others that are still "in process". I enjoy the service, but would like this to be fixed as it's occurring a little too often, and I'm unable to repost in certain subreddits. Thank you. Also I'm not sure if my ticket got through for the third try, as it keeps bringing up both an ERROR and a green checkmark saying the submission has been received.

Thank you for the response. I did have trouble last time and after submitting tickets it was a bit delayed, so I was quite worried this time around with a more time-sensitive issue. I'm glad all worked out well. Definitely will place a few more orders tonight
