1st order for 4.5k views. Client noticed huge spikes in views with 5k+ views sent in an hour (Sent screenshots to backup their claim)
2nd order for 1k views. - All 1k views sent in an hour

Client isn't happy with those spikes in views as they have lost all of the organic traffic they had been getting from suggested/related videos.

I had several orders that I needed to place but I am going to put them on hold until I hear back from you.

Was your client targeting specific keywords in the tags, using HR views and then relying on the suggested/related traffic for the real traffic? How was that working out for him? I only ask because that's what i was going to do as well (not for any niche)

I'm also going to hold off until i see others have heard from OP, i reached out and got a reply as new possible customer but i see no one else is getting replies.

Hi mate. Do you sell views from mobile devices ?

Our views are mostly Desktop however we do sprinkle in some Mobile, Console and Tablet views as well to make things look more natural.

That being said, we are adding Mobile Only views soon.
