Clone youtube and make money

Hi, i think this sound crazy, but i already in the process to scrape everything youtube currently have into my database.

then i will make many niche video site to embed niche videos
i will also:
- blend the page with some other related content
- spin text content
- build backlinks.

(the whole process will be automate with my custom bot and web script.)

the idea is to post 10 million pages in 2017, get some traffic from google to make $0.10 ad revenue per page in a year.

I hope to get some idea from experience marketer, is this a workable idea or dead end? any advice will be greatly appreciated.

You can never clone the database of youtube.

I have got 3 million youtube channels url and now scraping videos in each channel (title, video code, category, tag etc)

yes, it is not possible to scrape whole database, because they dont show all videos from a channel (if the channel have 1000s of videos)

but to get 10-30 million video data is workable.

I think youtube have more than 100 million video pages, but if I can't make money with it, then it is not ideal to get them all.

The data I scrape are title, embed code, URL, category, tag, Thumbnail URL etc

Anything that require for making video site.

how u post to ur page? if on ur own hosting server = speed too slow
if posted to other video platform = auto screening by pixels and delete.

btw, copied content cannot do adsense / adword and most legal ad platform like amazon affiliate.

Those are curation site, it can run Adsense

I just not sure what is the best practice to do this, so I ask for advice.

it's a really good idea and 0,10 $ / year is nothing , you can have it easy even with the worst paying platform. i would recommend you propellerads for this kind of website cuz it's popup and not hard to get accepted

Ps : Adsense would still be the best because they are paying way higher than other companies . If you can't get accepted by adsense you can still buy a fully approved adsense account with like 10 euro loaded already so it look more legit !

Also , can you do a journey thread for this project ? it look really promising ...

What you're also missing from the ingredients is 'traffic' for your site.

With 10million video pages posted on tons of websites + Seo

If each page make $0.10/365 days, that will be $1million ad revenue a year... Can't imagine if each page accidentally make $1 a year ...

So I think it is a good project too

Just I am not sure it still can rank after google zoo updates

I will make a journey post when I am ready to start

I even think I should invite some experience marketer to make it together, because the data is too big

I am a bot builder, I can make bot to automate senuke and other Seo tools

The traffic can come from site/domain authority to get longtail keyword rank

Or auto post on social sites to bring traffic, for example grow IG accs and bring traffic to these sites

You will need a hell of a server to keep all your files....

You'll probably get hit for a pure-spam penalty.
If you believe you can create a 10million pages website without having to go through a manual inspection, you're wrong.
You'll just end up with a "The site appears to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or other repeated or egregious violations of Google’s quality guidelines.", and your domain will be de indexed.
Also, believing that Adsense will send you big checks without checking your website, realizing that it has no added value, and abnning it, you're wrong again.

Why bother scraping Youtube? There are some ready-to-use youtube clone cms scripts using Youtube API. Add a spinner system to one of them and you are ready.

Api will never allow you to call such huge data

Scrape is different, I can have all data that I can play around and have multi million of pages on many sites

I mean building 200 websites spreading the data, not all on one site

Also it is not posting all at once, it grow slowly like an authority site

Then find another advertiser, becaus adsense will not pay you 1 million $ with such sites.
