@agsllc, I am an old client. Been using Actproxies a year now. Yesterday have ordered 200 EU proxies (even before your message). Automatic activation was the main reason as it was urgent! When didn't got my proxies have opened a support ticket an came here. After seeing you message was convinced that my proxies will be activated soon. Yet still sent you a PM as I saw that you are online.
No response here, no response to support ticket, no proxies. Woke up this morning, still no proxies, only ticket response asking me if I would like to get a "mix" instead of EU proxies? Now why the hell I would want that? If I would need a "mix" I would order a mix, but I need EU, that's why I have ordered them.
If you can't provide proxies, you should notify you clients and refund asap instead of asking nonsense questions and wasting peoples time. You know, you are not the only one trying to run a business. Like it or not, but time is money for us too!
In the end have lost my time, the money, as I wasn't able to run my stuff. Also have used all my PP balance and even if you will refund right now, who the hell knows when PP will decide to bring my money back to my balance. Which means I can not even buy proxies from another provider.
I'm totally disappointed. I a want refund now.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We do our best to provide our customers with what they need. If you did not ask for a refund yet via a support ticket please do so and we'll refund you.
