This means that We ourselves as a
company don't block any website. It is impossible to control how or when our proxies are blocked by other websites. There is no such thing as magical IP that never gets blocked.
We didn't refuse. Check the support ticket again.
Anyone with common sense please correct me if I'm wrong. If a company claims NO SITES ARE BLOCKED, but when using their proxies on a site and ALL 500 proxies do not work on that site, ISN'T IT THE COMPANIES fault for false claims? If you didn't refuse I wouldn't be here sharing my experience and I wouldn't need to ask for a replacement of my proxies so that it would actually work on that site. I even tried compromising with them - i told them they dont have to give me all 500 proxies that work on that site, just give me 100-200 out of the 500 that I have. IF YOU DIDN'T REFUSE, WHERE ARE MY REPLACEMENTS?
ALSO, THIS IS HOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDS TO ANY ISSUES THAT US CUSTOMERS HAVE. This is really upsetting and I've had a HORRIBLE experience with this company.
