I hate to say it, but using storm proxies sounds like a terrible idea for IG. I've used a similar setup using only real mobile IP's, and your accounts are guaranteed to be massacred over time.
The reason for this is simple: either every HTTP request goes over a new IP (which means a different IP for every follow), or with timed IPs once you get a larger number of accounts the simultaneous connections create such a footprint you will see instant mass bans.
The only reason your accounts have survived as well as they have is probably their quality/age. Try this with fresh accounts and they're already dead.
