I was referring exclusively to Bluestacks. And I havhe also made several accounts on my home IP using 3 different devices. It is possible. I don't blow smoke out my ass. There is not enough time in a day to be that ignorant.

Something isn't right, OP. I am having difficulty tinkering with Bluestack and Instagram.

The problem is when I install Bluestack from official download (ver 2.4.x), I can install Instagram fine but I can't use Tweaker (since it's not rooted)
And Instagram wouldn't let me create account saying "This device already has too many users"

Now If I install Bluestack rooted (ver 0.9.3), Tweaker works fine, but Instagram won't install (perhaps due to Bluestack rooted ver)
Instagram says : "This can't be installed : Error code - 2"
I googled it but got no result so problem unsolved lol

My question is : Which Bluestack version are you using, OP? Are you sure it's same one currently hosted at "bluestacks.com/download"?
And how did you tweak it without rooting it?
I mean, you said 1. download from official page 2. use tweaker
but how on earth did you tweak the official version? You look like Genious Wizard man lol

This is really weird lol. I'm using the official Bluestacks. From - http://www.bluestacks.com/download.html
I have the latest version and I'm able to use the Tweaker on it. Have you tried downloading the APK and installing it yourself?

The IPs that VPNs provide are usually spammed to death so making accounts using them is just inviting mass bans.

To everyone who has replied on this thread earlier, sorry I haven't been able to reply. I had notifications for this thread muted. It showed up on the homepage and I noticed lol.

maybe Memu with Xposed installer + Device id changer
 
Worked for me for many months. But i reinstalled and changed ip instead of using the tweaker. Now it tells me too many account have been made on this device. Even with the tweaker etc. Dont have a clue what to do. Anyone with this issue?
 
Tnx worked for me..But yesterday i had problem with creating accounts..I get message "Sorry something went wrong creating your account. Please try again soon" I change my ip after each account..Sometimes it's work but when i follow some users IG ask for phone verification and after verification disabling my acc.

I had the same issue and tried to download from apk-dl and from apkmirror but it keep the same problem. (in apk mirror the error is: corrupted file, i tried another versions but steal cant install the instagram.

I've done a lot of testing,burned through a lot of Accounts too and here's how I still make my accounts. Works like a charm,I've got 3 week old accounts still up and running. Instagram tracks and flags your accounts using your Links/IP/Device ID/GUID everything!


If you still haven't put it together then -
1. Open up Bluestacks and install Instagram.
2. Create 3-5 accounts using your IP.
3. Change IP.
4. Fire up Bluestacks Tweaker and change the Device ID,GUID,Phone Model and Google Advertising ID.
5. Get back to making accounts.


If you're someone who likes to uploads loads of photos on your accounts then there's a few extra steps you need to do. Instagram tracks the photos you upload using MD5 of the pics. So you're gonna need to keep changing that too.
Get a free MD5 changer here (credits to http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/864060-justchillin.html) - http://imristo.com/hash-manager-change-the-hash-of-any-file/


Change the MD5 of the Photo after each upload.


You should be safe this way.I've done it myself so I know it works.

I dont understand how to change the ip without a vpn
 
@Cryogenesis i hope you can help me.
1)according to you what is the process? first create 4 IG accounts on your dynamic ip then run it with massplanner with semidedicated proxy 1proxy on 4 accounts.
2)if PVA occures verify using textnow.com
my doubt is:
1)correct me if any wrong in question 1....do IG ban if i create IG in my own dynamic id then shifted to proxy ip,here two ip changed dynamic ip+proxy
2)if reverification occure how can i revirfy? how can i reverify with the previous number
 
Exactly the same problem. I think the solution is to start creating 3 accounts and on the native version and then reevaluate hoping for an update or a miracle
 
textnow is dead for IG.
you cant verify anymore using textnow.

I'm pretty much a noob at this, but for every account i make, i also need a unique e-mail adress right?
