Hi Shez,
I bought Like Jacking Ninja, Google Plus Jacker, and Facebook Follow Jacker and had trouble to make them work.
I opened the support ticket, asking for help since 2016-08-24. Not only it hasn't been resolved, I haven't heard back from your support since my last response on 2016-09-02.
Are you still on the case? I don't want to keep sending ticket email as i don't want my ticket sent back to the queue. If you can get back to me that would be great. Thank you.

Hi, each visitor is only Like Jacked once. After they have been jacked the plugin will ignore them on while they navigate the rest of your site or when they return in the future. If you enter 3 different FB Page URLs the Like Jacker will jack each unique visitor for one of the FB Page URLs. It rotates through the list you give it as each new visitor arrives at your site.

Hi, all support is managed at the help desk as per the welcome email you received when you purchased the plugin and as detailed in the user guide for the plugin. Creating a ticket is how you get support and I see that you have created a ticket but posting on the thread and sending me a PM about the fact that you have created a ticket won't serve to get your ticket answered any faster than it would be answered.
PM'ing me and posting here serves only to create more work as I need to reply to your post and to your PM (which I have already done).
We can't provide support via this thread and, as per BHW rules, we're unable to reply to posts on this thread too often. Opening a ticket is the correct option and your ticket will be responded to and dealt with in turn according to staffing levels and other tickets that are being dealt with.

Hey, i have purchased a Lite copy of the Like Jacking some time ago, and i havent used it much, but now i need it for something and when i installed it and tried to set it up it seems it has some problem. First i tried to put on a timeline stream from my facebook page on to the popout but, for some ppl the X button to close the popuout did not show, than i tried to put in some img but now the whole popout does not come out, and also with plain txt... is there some kind of update or something that you can help me with?

If you create a ticket there then one of the team can assist you with this. It may be that you need the latest version of the plugin which we can easily sort out for you via the help desk. We will need to know your license key so we can locate your order and generate you a new download link to the latest version.
That is also one of the reasons why we can't use this thread to provide customer support.

Hi, for all support issues then you'll need to go via the desk. 3.3.0 isn't the latest version but once you've created a ticket at the desk and given your license key then we can generate you a new download link for the latest version.
