I ordered a logo with 24-48 hours order on 22. aug. I didn't get my logo. After 48 hours I wrote to zarrakdesigner.
He ansvered me: "Provide you in under 24 hours don't worry " This was 40 hours before.
Anyway, I don't recommend his service, I think zarrakdesigner is unreliable nowaday. If I get my logo today, I update this reply. Otherwise I will PP refund, and I will search other logo designer from BHW.

Probably the best designer out there, amazingly low price for what he delivers.
I use him for websites, banners and logos. Can't thank him enough for his amazing customer care after he has delivered the work, if I need any help with the websites and so forth he spends time with me via Team Viewer and explains everything in detail.
Keep the great work up Zarrak, you're my go to guy for sure!

Ordered a logo for my site. This is the second designer I worked with, as I wasn't very happy with the first guy. He did a great job, made something exactly to my specifications and even gave me two options to choose from. Took 4 days to make the logo, but he told me about the TAT in advance and it was well worth the wait.
Absolutely top notch work at a very affordable price. I highly recommend this designer, and he will be my go-to guy from now on.

Sir I would like to know how many revisions you will provide in case we dont like your first logo ? Do you provide atleast 2-3 revisions?

WORST service in BHW, order UNCOMPLETED, NO response after so-call "unlimited revision". Use with CAUTION. If any moderator see this post, please do re-evaluate their service.
I have made payment of Pro Package (5 concepts, unlimited revision, delivery within 48 hours) on Aug 21st, zarrakdesigner gives me feedback on Aug 23rd, which is in time. However, it has 5 Logos included, but actually just one concept with 5 different forms, all shaped letter 'Z', which is first letter of my company.
I give zarrakdesigner long and elaborate revision idea and even include sample Logo to save time for him. Zarrakdesigner gives me first revision on Aug 29th, which takes 6 days. I'm still not satisfied with the revision, and talk to zarrakdesigner on Skype. Very bad customer service, zarrakdesigner even ask me whether I know what Logo I want. For 1000% sure, I know what Logo I need. They just want me to tell them how do draw line 1, then line 2, then line 3, etc, In this case, why I need a designer? I buy this service to find designer to visualize my idea. If I know exact way of drawing this, why I need you???
I have purchased other graphics design services in BHW, just check my profile and post history. I'm not saying 100% satisfied with their service, but they do have very professional attitude and service. So I will still purchase from them. But for zarrakdesigner, I'll never purchase again, and refuse any explanation from them, which zarrakdesigner is really good at, finding all different kinds of excuse. I already waste too much time on zarrakdesigner, my money just be stolen from them, and I'll never waste a second on them.

I had a logo done with a mascot for over $100 with Zarrak because I was previously pleased with his services. There's a language barrier so I understand some difficulty there, and I was asking for many revisions, but then he just stopped responding to me. Don't put unlimited revisions if you don't mean it. It was an awesome logo and he's been my provider for a long-time but I don't know what's up lately.
