i use otohits to get youtube views and about a month or so youtube updated there view policy and i guess otohit views dont count anymore can someone tell me how to bypass this so it makes otohit views count on youtube

Depends, how many views you are craving for?
If you just want initial boost of around 30-50 views then first demonetize the video. Press open in a new tab couple of times through out day.
