Hi,

Our instagram bot can follow based on your hashtags, and it can also follow a user's followers/following. It can scrape usernames based on your hashtags, it can also generate related hashtags to your hashtags and there is an option to remove users with default avatars.

However, it doesn't have a DM Sender or Photo Uploader modules yet. Thanks for interesting in our product.
