What do you mean the jacker will ignore? My current version of jacker still shows up even the user is not logged in into facebook.

Hi, if you'd like to create a ticket at the support desk then someone will be able to look at the cause of the issue for you. Unfortunately we're unable to provide support via this thread.

However, it is correct that the Like Jacker won't try to Like Jack a visitor at your site if they are not logged in to a FB account. If that is happening with your setup of the plugin then please create a ticket at the support desk and we'll check your settings and WP set up to resolve the problem you're experiencing.

Hi, as quoted in that article:

The title of the article is another indication: "Google will soon start punishing mobile sites that show hard-to-dismiss popups".

The Like Jacker has a small pop up that is easily dismissed and won't come back once closed so I can't see how Google would punish a site that is using the Like Jacker with the pop up as it currently is.

maybe I have a problem, I buy script one month ago, and install on my site, for that period in google analytic I had about 25k uniqe users from facebook but for that same period I had about 4k likes with ninja jacker, in admin panel I set 100% jacker (every user), can you explain?

Hi, the idea behind getting more Likes for a page is so that is appears more popular and provides social proof to others. When you look at a FB page and it has 150,000 Likes compared to a similar page that has 300 Likes which one instantly gains your trust? A large part of FB is the popularity contest and it's the same with peoples profiles with "ooh look at how many friends I have because I am so popular". Social proof is very important and with FB pages that comes in the form of how many likes your pages have which is where the Like Jacker helps. The added benefit and advantage of getting Likes from Like Jacking is that all of the likes are from real FB users rather than fake/bot accounts such as those you get when you buy 10,000 Likes for your page. FB is very good at spotting fake accounts and when it has a clear out of fake accounts then the Likes you gained from those fake accounts get removed from your pages too.

And because FB then sees their clear out cut out a ton of your page's likes that shows them that you purchased Likes which reflects badly on your page.

Hi @koolbrian, I'd be more than happy to look in to the details of this for you and post a reply back here. Can you PM me the ticket ID or the email address you used when you opened the ticket and I'll look in to the details of things for you. I am unable to look in to an issue without those details because I can't identify which ticket would be yours from your BHW username.

Hello, is it possible/have you thought about/are you going to add the option to choose whether to only use the FBLJ on posts, pages or hompage?
I know a few other Facebook Like Boxes have this functionality and I'm sure it isn't too hard to implement. It would really help me out if it would only show on posts within WP.

Hi, at the moment the Jacker doesn't offer this feature but it does have a similar option. For each page and post that you have on your site you can set the FB Page URL that you want likes for and when a person lands on the page or post of your site where you have set the FB Page URL they will be jacked for it.

What you would need to do is go to the editing settings of each page you have and manually enter the FB Page URL in the jackers settings box that is just under the text editor box of your post. I guess it would depend on how many posts your site has and the time it would take to do this but it means that people wouldn't be jacked on your home page or any other 'page' of your site.

They would only be jacked on posts where you have set a FB Page URL for them to be jacked for.

The Jacker has a main settings page and you would usually put the URL of your FB page in there. However, if you don't enter a URL in there then the Jacker won't try to jack anyone on your home page or any other post or page unless you have entered a FB Page URL for that post or page.
