I could of sworn there are VBA m accounts that you can with draw to? What would I do for more bank accounts I use BOA. How many accounts do they allow? Can I close accounts and make new ones and close accounts and make new ones?

Just 2, but over the course of a year is probably need 12-15. And ik I can't to ably have 15 open with one bank at the same time but I also don't want to start opening accounts at a bunch of different branches either.
I could of sworn I seen you can buy a virtual bank account for like $80 that you can withdraw to but I forgot where I seen that.
If you can withdraw money into it, it wouldn't be virtual.

They provide a bank account number to mainly receive money, that's all so basically you have no access to the bank

That would be illegal. Also you would have to be a retard to offer that service because you would be responsible for paypal chargebacks for 180 days.

Have you tried to withdraw and had paypal reject the transaction?
The funds will be available in your payoneer account, you can use your payoneer debit card to withdraw
What you have seen is an attempt to scam $80 out of people like you. There are no such things as "virtual bank accounts" that you can actually withdraw funds to. Virtual accounts are only used to verify numbers as connecting to an account, and are created in places like Thailand or India with different banking laws so you can't really electronically deposit funds there.

Im confused about why this is difficult. Cant you just choose any major bank and open an account to use?
I live in Canada and opened a US account and move funds every week into it from my paypal.
If this is a stealth paypal and its a fake name there are certain banks that are proven to work with mis-matched names for deposits.

Okay so those are scams then makes sense seems like you know your stuff. I'm going to try to contact BOA and see what their policies are on how many accounts you can ah e because I can just do online banking and make accounts online
