Please suggest me a cheap wordpress hosting

Hello, I was reading meathead's post about how you can make money through Amazon associates program. Now I have got it all set, all I need now is the domain name and web hosting.
I will be preferring a host with the lowest cost on a yearly basis with good uptime and faster page load time - and if I can get a combo domain along with the plan that will be more than enough.
I have a budget of around $20-$30 initially, so a hosting that doesn't cost more than a dollar or two per month is preferable. Thanks in advance!

I contacted Hostinger support as their plans were the cheapest among the other hosts mentioned here and after talking with them I have decided that I will be choosing them as my host. Let's see how good they really are!
