So the conclusion base on majority of BHW members payoneer is not a scam but their support team is super lousy. Base on my personal experience with payoneer i would say look for other alternative. Don't put all your eggs in the same baasket. Don't trust me ok but just do a quick search on google by typing "payoneer complaints" or read some of the thread on digital point regarding payoneer customer support.

Well, i have the affiliate link in my sig, yes, but it has nothing to do with them replying me or not. They replied me, when i didn't have the link in my sig, i don't think that they would care much. I put their link in my sig maybe 1,5 year ago and sometimes i switch it to something else.

Anyway, was the issue resolved or not? If not and you haven't yet, you can try what i mentioned above, spam their FB wall or @mention them on Twitter until they respond. These companies usually care about their public image, so there they need to respond.

No not resolved yet. Still hoping one day their support team will reply to me. Anyway thanks for your advice. I will do what you suggest let see if i can get their support team attention that way.

Lol. Google 'Payoneer Crunchbase', do you really think a company backed by 100+MLN in VCs from major fintech VCs firms is going to scam you for 500$? Aside that, I can vouch payoneer is legit, so has done every member in this thread.

You surely have done something wrong. Like wrong email, or your country it's not supported, or something else shady.

I have been receiving amazon and clickbank payment to my Payoneer for many years and never experience a single issue. The only issue I ever encountered was when my account was hack by some Chinese persons and payoneer refund about 50% of the cash back to my account.

So, Payoneer is not SCAM.

Ok lets assume i have done something wrong but then isn't it job of customer support to point out the mistake and help me to resolve the issue? How can 100+MLN can have such a lousy support? Two weeks gone but still didn't receive a single email or call from their support team.

Are you sure your Payoneer account is properly connected to your Fivver account?
I have withdrawn more than 15k using Payoneer with not a single issue or delay.

Yes i think so but only payoneer support can confirm it. That's why i am trying to contact with them since past two weeks but no response from their support team at all. Very disappointing and frustrating service.

At this point, if what you're saying is true, I suggest you to access payoneer trough a USA IP proxie or VPN service. Because to me, their live chat is 12hours/day live and ready to help (after the queue ends)

Why are you suggesting to access payoneer through USA IP proxies can you clarify? Also you said " ready to help (after the queue ends)" common man i tried many times already at different time, even tried just now also but their live chat always shows unavailable. During their operating hour when i try their live chat support shows due to high volume our live chat support is unavailable.
