Payoneer Scam Alert!

OP has stated he has now received contact from payoneer's support team. Issue solved.

I withdraw revenue on fiverr using payoneer. Its been more than a week but still there is no update from payoneer where the hell is the revenue i received from fiverr. I have tried to contact their support team using all three options: email form, live chat and call but no respond.

I sent few emails but not even a single respond from their support team. I tried to contact them using their live chat but showed "currently live chat unavailable"

I also call them few times but said "all our customer support are engaged at the moment" i left them voice message to call but never.

WTF???

Luckily payment was not a huge amount but imagine if its a huge how it would feel? Bloody payoneer. It seems they are scam. I have also google about payoneer and find out lot of people complaining about payoneer's support and also many didn't receive their payment from them. I always you use paypal for receiving payment so this time i thought of using payoneer. This was the 1st time i tried to receive my payment using payoneer and this kind of experience. I will never ever use this bloody scammy payoneer service to send or receive payment again.

So guys if you're thinking of receiving or sending money using payoneer better be careful. At least google about payoneer and you will see how many have complaint about them.

They aren't a scam. They won't show the money so that you can take it out until they physically have it from Fiverr.

Have you checked your email which is tied to your Payoneer? You need to select the way you wish to receive the payment, immediately or in 2 business days.

I have never ever had a single issue with any payment with Payoneer and i'm using their service more than 8 years now, so from almost the beginning.

If i were you, i'd check this with Fiverr too, if the payment was indeed sent or not. If Payoneer has the payment, they always send you an email. You can be sure about that they aren't ripping you off of your Fiverr money.

I have withdrawn over 10.000$ from Fiverr to Payoneer and never had a single problem. They are absolutely the best service, at least 100 times better than paypal.

Payoneer is not a scam. I use their service and I get paid accordingly. You should check with fiverr too or do as stated above by @HoNeYBiRD

Ok lets assume they are not scam but then why on earth they aren't responding messages, answering call and live chat always showing unavailable?? Its been more than a week i tried to contact them by three options available but didn't get any response. And FYI yes i have already contacted fiverr regarding this matter and they confirm payment already withdrawn successfully then where the hell on earth is my revenue gone?? I guess payoneer support can answer it better but only if i able to contact them in the first place.

They have worst customer support, late payments but they will give you the money. Have withdrawn more than 100K from CPA but haven't had a single problem with them sometimes due to some reason they take a week to transfer funds in bank account.

I also have been using their service for over 6 years and never had an issue, they are way better than paypal.

They even sent me a new card even when my current country wasnt allowed to get them.

they are not scam :/ I recently received the payment about 1k$ so this is not the payoneer fault, might be you are doing something wrong and for Fiverr payment first you have to check the email and select the option that either you want to receive payment immediately or after 2 to 3 days...I m using payoneer since 1 year no issue at all

Monthly withdrawal on Payoneer without issues. Amount is about $11k - $15k monthly. The first payment was a bit problematic as they hold my payment and ask for documentary proof that I am selling something legit. The funds for the first payment was withheld for nearly a month before they release payment. Scam? No but they are extremely slow in operation.

I have no clue why you can't seem to get in touch with them. I have contacted them only via email and they always reply in a timely manner, lately in a few hours, if anything their support just got better with time. You can try their community forum, their reps frequent that too or their social media channels, maybe that's the best way to get noticed.

I have worked with Payoneer for 2 years and never had to contact their support. I don't like their interface too much but it works great.

payoneer is no scam service. I use it daily for my fiverr earning and they never gave me any problem. but there support is slow.
