I was in need of a video for my e-commerce site so this was a perfect opportunity for me. Note that this is a review based on a free review copy I received.
Quality: Man, was I impressed by the quality of the first script that he gave me. The first script was almost on point with only a few modifications to be made with no errors at all. He asks simple questions and understands your positions, niche, and needs and writes a script that is based on that. The video was also very well produced as well, with a great voiceover, videos of my website, great music choice (had to ask for a change to a different genre but was smooth transition).
Support: He was online and answered promptly when compared with some other sellers on this forum who take forever to type a useless message with no real meaning. All his questions/messages are to the point and can be answered with him knowing what you meant right away. His support was also great because he was very friendly and not so much "business" like such as people who say, "sir or dear" for every one of his messages. It made me feel more comfortable and not so strict.
TAT/Speed: He produced the script within an hour of getting my answers to his simple questionnaire and he got my video done on that day. In one phrase, he gets stuff done right away. 10/10.
Price: So my video was around 1:10 so that would equal to around $80-$85. I could probably have made this myself with some freelancers and a good recording software but if you don't have a great mic ready and you aren't really keen on producing a script, then using this guy would save a lot of your time and won't give you any headaches.
Overall: If you are looking for a producer that can create a video to drive a few conversions to your site/shop, then this guy is the right person for you as he will produce everything promptly then without doing it later when he feels like it. He will answer your questions nicely and be overall the fastest support guy you can find on this forum since other people always seem to be sleeping when I message them.

I am launching a new software BST (Video Bomber), so I chose Nick to do the promotional video. He did great! Very professional, he not only knows how to create a promotional video, he understands easily and fast how to use the software (I even forgot to send him my video on how to use the software...) and he made a great script for the video. This is the best reviewed video service on BHW by a long shot. The reviews above speak for themselves, do they not?
You won't find a video provider on here that provides the same level of service. I'm 100% committed to providing the exact video you want with as many revisions as it takes - the voice over, music,or video footage can all be changed.
Communication is a very high priority for me whether you prefer E-mail or Skype.
One misconception I get a lot is on the price of the videos. Currently I charge $75 a minute and anything extra is free - say you request a one minute video and it comes out at one minute and thirty seconds instead of a minute. You don't have to worry about any additional costs.
My skills have risen quite a bit since launching, so the service is literally improving with each video I make.
To kick start things for August I'm offering 20% OFF the next FIVE orders.

Do you have anything for local businesses, or finance? Are these just screen capture, picture/still slideshow, or is there video footage used also?
