I had an opportunity to get a review video from dorrell productions and I say I am VERY impressed!
Here is my review..................
They responded to me very quickly, and rather than rushing into making something quick and easy, they asked me a few pertinent questions regarding what kind of video I wanted such as the length of the video, what kind of backgrounds, what photos i had to offer for the video.
Within 60 mins of our initial contact going over a few details, they sent me a script for the narration of the video. It was direct and covered the important points that I wanted to get across for my video. I was asked if I wanted to make any changes or modifications, but everything I wanted was already expressed, so the script was approved.
They also helped me choose another photo to go along with the content that was written in the script. This was important to me because I have had videos made in the past, and every time I was given no help or assistance from the producers side on what kind of pictures would fit into the video, just asking me to give all the content, so it was a pleasant surprise to be offered some guidance in this area.
This was all in late evening, so the next morning I sent the final photo in and within a few hours had a fully finished and polished video that really turned out well. The audio was clear and well understood, and the video was shot in 720p HD.
There was an issue with the top and bottom of the photos being cut off a bit, but after pointing that out, within 60 mins I had a new video with that problem solved.
I would HIGHLY recommend the video services from dorrell productions and will be using their services in the future for more product videos.
