I'm disappointed with the service, because I expected the deliver of 10k in less time according to the previous speed list and not in one week. Now I see you updated the list yesterday but I think I suffered this change before you updated.

Anyway, I can accept the speed issues, but what disappoints most is that you didn't delivered 10k. The counter starts at 0003, and one week later you stopped sending views at 10,063. According to analytics I already have more than 1000 views that are not your views. I know that because they are not direct and not from the country I chose for the geo service. I would have liked that you had over-delivered as other services do, so you made sure you had sent the 10k views and they are not the results of my promotion in social networks and Youtube search.

Mate, please would you open a support ticket in future whenever you have any issues like this. As you may or may not know, this is an extremely volatile industry and 1 YouTube update can cause havoc all over the show. From there, it does take time to get all our ducks in a row again, but if you have been following me and my services, you would recognize that out of ALL of the suppliers here... I am the most reliable one. For a reason.

That being said, what is your order number? Let me see what the issues are and see how I can compensate you.

Those orders have been completed, mate. There was a big notification about delays in the panel. Nevertheless, it's been sorted out.

I have refunded the order in question and replied to your last ticket. Please ensure you read the notifications I post in the panel. They are there for a reason. Also, please do not open 4 different tickets for the same issue in future as you are confusing everyone.

UPDATE:

I'll update here as well going forward as people do not read.

There was a delay of around 4 days with Full Retention views. We had traffic issues and as such we could not deliver on time. There was a clear notification in the Panel regarding this for a reason.

Anyway, the issues have been sorted and Full Retention views have been made available again.

UPDATE

Please note that there has been another huge YouTube update 28 July. Everyone has been hit and while we are working on rectifying this, we won't be accepting new MOBILE orders.

All MOBILE views orders will be refunded rather than hoping things will get sorted out quickly.

PS: Normal and Full Retention is fine.
