Because you run into the risk of suppliers giving you bullshit accounts, or how about people just taking your money and running. Or you buy 1,000 but 300 are bad and they won't give you 300 new ones..
So many issues, less headache JVing.

The bulk of this cost don't lie with the bot. Bulk of the recurring cost lies with the accounts. As eventually these accounts will get banned. So you will constantly need to top up. The bot alone won't be useful and you need access to alot of tinder accounts to make this work. If OP really want, he/she can purchase the tinder accounts. The only logical explanation is that the cost to invest into these accounts does not justify the risk of buying them.

The model of this partnership:
Cost to OP: Fixed (Down to cost of bot and maybe a VPS to run the bot)
Cost to potential partner/s: Variable (Can go as high as ridiculous depending upon the ban rate from Tinder)

So the decision to enter into this JV will rest upon the ratio of profit sharing.

It's a webcam offer, conversion rate is not the same per JV. It depends on quality of accounts. Some people get a sale 1:15 other 1:50.
I have 18 JV's going, and more by the day. And there is a reason for that.
