How to engage Dead Subscribers

Im sure many of us have this problem,
I have never bought followers, so i know all my subs are organic. However the problem is they are dead, not dead in real life but as far as watching my videos gos they are dead, meaning they dont watch anything.
For example a youtuber will have 100k subs but his videos would only get 10-30k views.

I was wondering why is that, and how we can get those other 70% not watching/engage to start watching and engaging again?

any theories or thoughts is appreciated please.

sometimes it can be a thing of feed, which will not jump all alike. I to increase social actions that increase youtube video and interaction (Comments, Likes, etc)

wa do you mean? it doesnt show on their feeds? If thats the problem then how do i re engage them?

Dead subscribers you say? I think Victor could help you out with that one.

Is it possible that those accounts are abandoned? When I subscribe to to YouTube channels, I sometimes do it through about 5 different accounts (depending on which one I'm logged into at the time).

They could just be bored with your content, but haven't quite worked up the courage to hit the unsubscribe button.

Some times it just does not show on there feed. That or they are just bored with your content.
