I just checked your links and the count does seem to be pretty low. All we can do at this point is re-run your campaign again. But understand that no links checker is going to show all of your links.
If you have received your report which clearly shows links placed and you don't see them show up at all, usually means that there is some kind of issue with your IP address and not the service. You can easily see from the great reviews here that the process works.
But we're on it.

please feel free to pm me with the report again, since we paid you and you did the job 6 weeks or so ago, weve checked daily with site explorer which usually will show more links than any other tool, weve had a maximum of 70 links of a promised 5500

We can do that. But I must say that I still believe there may be something wrong with your IP or hosting because as you can see from pages of post even on this page great reviews except for a campaign that was missed.
