Hi, no, we removed all of the other Jacking options as they had become too unreliable to to conflicting with themes and plugins. The pop up box is the most reliable method.

I am using another Like Jacker and I today im getting this error message in console:
"Application Error: There was a problem getting data for the application you requested. The application may not be valid or there may be a temporary glitch. Please try again later."
Does your Jacker has the same issue? If not I will switch to yours.

Still waiting on reply to support ticket... Plugin tries to jack everybody (even if not logged into facebook) - this started happening recently.

Hi, well, our Jacker is a WP plugin so it can't give you the same error as the one you're currently using. I am not sure what the other Jacker is that you're using (and for all concerned it would be best to not mention it) but our Like Jacker has never given an error such as the one you mentioned.

Without this sounding blunt, posts on here relating to support tickets are just usually ignored because posting about them on here won't get them replied to faster, support isn't provided on the thread, it's not always possible to identify which ticket is being posted about and lastly, it takes more work at this end to reply to your post about a support ticket that will be replied to and the issue resolved.

in the list of plug ins its publicly visible that he is using Like Jacking Ninja. I can print screen it.
And ofc we dont want that to be known.
Is there any chance that you can make that not to be public?

Hi, that is up next on the list of updates for the Like Jacker and all of the Jackers we currently sell. When the update is completed it will be be available for free to all current customers. We're currently working on implementing a couple of updates/improvements to the Like Jacker at the moment and subject that you raised is next on the list.

Current version is 4.0.1 although an update will be released in the new couple of days and that will show as an update in the plugins page of the WP admin where the jacker is installed.
