Err, yeah, that is what I said in an earlier post as it is what we offer. All customers get all updates that we make to the plugin. If the plugin isn't showing an update available and it is currently older than 4.0.1 then the customer can open a support desk to get the updated version.

Hi, To be honest, posting those details to me doesn't make much sense as I wouldn't know which ticket is yours or (from your post) how long it has been since your ticket was replied to. Admittedly, and as I have always said, the support desk isn't manned 24/7 and sometimes there can be a delay in your ticket being replied to but that can be due to the support person not being online (everyone needs to sleep and eat) or they could still be trouble shooting the issue for you and testing a multitude of things out.

This is why we advise customers that it can be pointless to post on this thread about support related issues. Of course if you've just been left hanging for a 48 hours then by all means PM me to let me know but I would need you ticket ID to look in to things.

Please DON'T post your ticket ID on this thread for everyone to see as that is sensitive information

So I purchased the Like Jack Ninja and it works great, my question is:

I have 7 websites (for now) each one in a different country, all share the same Facebook page. If each country website receives about 10 visitors per day (for now) am I safe at having the plugin set at 100% display rate? would equal about 70 likes per day but from 7 different websites.

currenty my facebook page has about 120 likes

basically what im asking is what percentage of total current Likes can i earn per day safely

Nope FB cannot automatically link your website where you have the Like Jacker installed to your FB account. This means they are very unlikely to ban your FB account in any way at all. If FB feel that your website where you have the Like Jacker installed is sending too many Likes to a FB page then they will place a 'confirm like' button on your site which tends to stop the Like Jacking from happening.

However, we provide advice in the user guide on how to avoid this.

Hi, while I can't give you an answer that will provide you with a guarantee, what I can offer you is my advice from over 5 years of being involved with Like Jacking.

Of those 10 visitors per day who come to your site the plugin can only jack those who are logged in to a FB account at the time of visiting your site so the number may be less than 10 per day from each site.

However, sending 70 Likes to a FB page per day when it only has 120 at the moment will probably raise a flag with FB but as you are sending the Likes from different sites then that may help. Each FB page is different and FB also looks at other factors about the page such as its age, the currently number of Likes that it's receiving each day etc in an attempt to decide if the page receiving 10 Likes per day from 7 different websites is unusual or not.

I would disable the jacker on a couple of those site for now and keep an eye on how many Likes you get each day from those setting. Sending 10 likes per day for a start may be a better idea and then enable the jacker on another of your sites to increase the likes but have them spread out between more than one site.

It is easy to do Like Jacking but the best advice I can give you is to start of slowing and ramp things up so that it goes unnoticed by FB which means put yourself in the shoes of FB and ask yourself "would that activity raise a flag with me".
