Hi and thanks for the feedback on using the Like Jacker. Those are great results and you're right about getting 30K Likes for a new FB page not being recommended LOL but it does prove just what the plugin can deliver.

Hi, if you're asking about updates then an update should show up in the plugins page of your WP admin. The current version is 4.0.1 so if you have an older version and an update isn't showing please create a ticket at the support desk stating your license key so we can get you set up with the latest version.

Well, this is a WP plugin that is installed on a self hosted WordPress site, so yeah, if a guy doesn't have a website then he can't use this product.

For support please create a ticket at the support desk. The link is in your welcome email and the user guide for the plugin. It is also in the sig file of every post I make here.

If you deactivate the license within the plugins setting from a site then our licensing server recognises this and adjusts the total number of sites that you have the plugin installed on. You can use it on up to 20 different sites at any one time.

Hi Please refer to the best practise guide for more information on that. There isn't a one size fits all answer to this question as it depends on the age of the FB page, how many likes it already has, when the last time it got any Likes etc

If you give me some more specifics of your page such as this then I can give you a more accurate answer.

could i 20 site license = 20 site active at same times or 20 domain ( cant change domain ) ?

Hi, a 20 site license means that the plugin can be licensed/activated on up 20 different websites at any one time. If you deactivate the license on a site then our licensing server recognises this and updates the total number of sites that the plugin has been licensed/activated on. You can swap and change sites as often as you want. Just as long as you don't try to license the plugin on more than 20 different sites concurrently.

is kinda bit troublesome if we lost the plugin , like me happen to uninstall it while troubleshoot my site which " I never save the plugin " but even if I save it and reinstall there is a code to input which need to activate sometimes we tend to forget to joint down the code.

Hi, the above OP has a very old version of the plugin and back then there was, sometimes, a problem with the plugin showing an update being available in some customers sites. It is always advisable to save a copy of the plugin to your computer and, as for the license code, that is in the welcome email that you get when you purchase the plugin. I guess the two options for not losing your license key is to either not delete that welcome email or to jot it down somewhere close to your computer.

I guess we should advise that in the welcome email just to be on the safe side. The next step to improve the service would be to post out a letter to customers with their license key printed in it? No, wait, they may lose the letter. OK, I am all out of suggestions for a way to prevent a customer losing their license key now. I'll have another think about it.
