Hi, the number of themes the plugin won't work with is tiny really. The most common issue when it comes to themes is if the theme uses multiple layers and those layers cover the pop up from the Like Jacker. I have never used the theme you mentioned so I can't comment on that one.

Hi, as I don't know the site you have it installed on, the settings you have for the jacker, the other plugins you have on your site etc, etc I don't know why the pop up does't appear but that is why we have a help desk which in the welcome email you received after purchasing the plugin and the user guide for the plugin there is a link to it http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/

As we have said many, many, times before in this thread, it isn't possible to provide support via this thread which is why we ask customers to open a ticket at the support desk so we can assist them.

Hi, no, that isn't possible due to the way Jacking works. You can however installed and have all three active on the same site but you will need to use the timer feature of each plugin so that only one Jacker is active at one time. You can set each jacker to only be active for 8 hours, each, per day. That way your visitor will never see more than one pop up. Having them all active simultaneously will be a disaster in terms of user experience for your sites visitors.

Hi, as I explained in the PM that I sent to you, the biggest discount code that we offer is 50% which I think is a very good discount. There are a couple of reasons why we don't offer discount codes higher than that:

1) It wouldn't be fair on those who received just a 50% discount
2) Anything more than 50% and we may has well just be giving the plugin away.

Profiles have followers and pages have Likes. It doesn't matter what type of FB page you have, the Like Jacker will jack your website traffic and get Likes for your FB page.
