I opted to begin a thread on Blackhat and share my journey, one of the members adviced me to use this service. I have since ordered and paid for a manual penalty clean up.

We only take projects for link related penalties at the moment, manual actions and ranking drops caused by algorithmic penalties.

Damn, this guy knows what he is up to. Trust me i have tried removing the penalty it failed, i got an SEO it failed.... i am in the final stages but i am very hopeful this will work.
The good thing with him is he goes overboard, the reports are detailed that you'd be sure he is not gambling up. Its easy to know you are dealing with a professional and not a dumb *ss. I just enrolled my second money site domain The site has a partial penalty (that does not affect ranking) after my competitor decided to screw me up.

I will be back to post Googles decision..... watch the space

Okay, i am here to update you guys.....

Finally John rescued me from Big G. Genuinely, the report was very detailed, a close look at the report clearly showed he did hs job well. Just got a pop Up from Google that the report has been approved and the manual action removed. Soooo damn happy. I attach my screenshot.
