Hi, when we released the plugin we wanted to provide the best deal possible while not undervaluing the best FB Like Jacker on the planet. That is why we gave the lowest license such a high site allowance wile still holding the price as low as possible without undervaluing the plugin.

It won't let me send you a PM as your inbox is full at the moment. Twitter, Linkedin and StunmbleUpon (as well as many others) work in such a way that they can't be jacked in the same way as FB can. However, if that changes then we sure will be bringing those tools to the table.

The other plugin that builds FB followers, we do have one of those but it's a fairly new tool from us. If you have seen something like that in the past it would have been from a different developer.

And when i say "client", I'm referring to a customer on my own website.... who ever said i was using it on client sites?

Hi, a couple of things;


Secondly, your license is for personal use which means the plugin can only be installed on sites that you own. You shouldn't be using this plugin on clients sites or any site that isn't owned by you. Please remove the plugin from your clients sites as the support we provide is directly to the buyer of the plugin only. We don't sell the plugin so that the buyer can then provide it to clients as a service.

This should be more mobile compatible... here is what my client said.

When I first landed on the site (in Safari on iPhone 6) the pop-up that came up didn't show me any way to close it. I couldn't therefore access any of the rest of the site.

When you said "client" I thought you meant you had installed the plugin on someone else's site. Sorry, my mistake and I apologise. If the client had said "when I landed on your site...." then it would have been clear the plugin was being used on your own site and he was a visitor to your site.

The issue you have raised needs to be addressed as it isn't something that should be doing and to address that we need some more details from you which is why I directed you to the support desk.

The "removal" of all other jacking methods other than the modal box is not a good move. I've tested the modal box in the past but after a couple of days I have received more than 50 complains from my visitors, asking me to remove "the thing".

One question please, as I cannot test it myself: the modal box appears only one per visit? I mean, if a visitor looks at 3 of my pages he will see the modal box for 3 times?

To be honest, removing the other Jacking options was a positive move going forward. As themes and plugins take on more and more responsibility for the content of a WP site than a theme does, removing the Jacking options such as Jacking on CSS, Videos and Images was the right thing to do.

The Modal Box appears once and only to a visitor who is logged in to a FB account at the time they visit your site. And once they have been Like Jacked the Modal Box won't appear to them again. So, to be clear on this, if a visitor looks at 3 of your pages they won't keep seeing the Modal Box on every page. If they are logged in to a FB account it will appear to them once. And as soon as they close the Modal Box, which causes them to be Like Jacked, they won't see the modal box again.

How many likes can we jack per hour. I'm sure you know what I mean. after sometime facebook will stop people from liking you page from "YOUR WEBSITE ONLY". in other words facebook will add confirm like button to your link.
