Hi and thanks for the feedback. The current version is 4.0 which was officially released today. We have had the first post in this thread updated by a Mod to reflect the new version. The new version is available as a free update to all customers who have purchased the Like Jacker and there should be an update showing as available in the plugins page of your WP install. If the version number is shown as 4.0.0 then you don't need to update as that is the latest version as of today. If there isn't an update link showing next to the Like Jacking and you don't have the current version then please open a support ticket at http://webbuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and quote your license key so that we can generate you download link to the latest version.

Hi, a couple of things;
We can't provide support via this thread. You need to open a support ticket at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ which is where all of our customer support is provided and ownership of the plugin is verified.
Secondly, your license is for personal use which means the plugin can only be installed on sites that you own. You shouldn't be using this plugin on clients sites or any site that isn't owned by you. Please remove the plugin from your clients sites as the support we provide is directly to the buyer of the plugin only. We don't sell the plugin so that the buyer can then provide it to clients as a service.

Hi, in the older versions of the Like Jacker we had a couple of Jacking options that would Jack your sites visitors if they clicked on on image or a video but due to complexities of themes and plugins that manage images and videos on WP sites the Like Jacker was unable to function correctly when those Jacking options were selected by the user.
For that reason we removed those features in the latest versions of the Jacker so that it uses just the "Modal Box" which is the pop-up box. This Jacking option is the one that is most compatible with all WP themes and provides a better user experience.
I have answered this here instead of via PM so that others are able to benefit from the information.
The video that is on the first page of this thread is for the very latest version (version 4.0) of the Like Jacker. We have continually improved the plugin since it was first released and has had a number of updates which are free to all customers for life. The latest version of the plugin is better than any previous version

Just paid for this, it doesn't work for either of the two sites we've tried to install it on. Doesn't show up at all. Placed the do_action hook in the template also.
The read me file is verging on ridiculous and the guide isn't much better, help!

I'm not really sure what you are reading but you dont have to insert any hooks in the template and the read me file is just a generic text file and not the setup guide. This is the setup guide - http://likejackninja.com/FB-Like-Jacker-User-Guide.pdf

Check your readme.txt file in the plugin directory, it's very outdated by the looks of things. I resorted to looking at that as the like jacker script doesn't show on either the sites it's installed on for me. I have no doubts it works, I just can't get it to work. I will contact support, thank you.

I can see in v4 it says "The Facebook URL you would like to jack:" Does this mean this is now the only thing it will jack ie an FB page. Been using 3.3 for ages but installed 4 and set at 100% to test my link and now nothing (no modal box) happens for a website url jack.

The read.txt file does need an update to it as the plugin has changed since that file was created. It was never used for anything past the first update to the plugin and we have the User Guide instead as that explains much clearer about how to use the plugin. As Haspel said, everything is managed at the support desk as we're unable to provide product support due to the restrictions of this thread.

It does indeed say "The FB URL you want to Like Jack". I can confirm that the plugin can still get the Jacked Likes for any website URL as well as any FB page. I will get that updated to avoid the confusion and thanks for mentioning it.
Can you create a ticket at the support desk with regards to testing the plugin. It may just be a case that you need to clear your browsers cache and cookies. However, someone at the support desk will be happy to assist you with testing it. http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/

3rd: I feel like I saw this plugin a long time ago. Did it used to build followers to individual facebook accounts instead of to pages, or am I thinking of a different plugin from someone else?
