Okay, cool...so my questions off the bat are:
What is it that you disclose when speaking with clients?
I have personally told them that it's an automatic Instagram Optimization Service that likes, comments, follows, and unfollows...but never the software I use.
For the clients that do not wish to follow/unfollow, do you simply like for them, what do you say to ensure their growth?
Do you use your own account or their already existing one?
I have been personally been using each client's already existing account.
In the situation, they already have an account, do you tell them you only work with your own accounts?
Do you allow people to choose their hashtags, niches, and targets to work with or are all things confirmed by you?
Lastly, do you offer different packages and rates, dependent on (IE: activity speed, amount of keywords and tags...) or just a standard fixed price?
Will be keeping in close contact with this thread as this is my first attempt in IM that has made me some profit, appreciate the help!
- I generally disclose how the software works 100%. Either they are comfortable with it or they arent. No reason to hard sell them on something they dont want.
- I only do liking for all my clients as the follow / unfollow is tough to target regional people. If you can find some big local accounts then follow / unfollow might work.
- Normally I choose their settings for them and ask them if they have any specific competitors or citys they need included in the targeting settings.
- Most of the time I use their own accounts as long as its aged and has active participants. If they dont have their own account I sell them one of mine Ive built for the region.
- I covered pricing earlier in the thread but heres a better explanation. I usually only offer them one price based upon how many customers will make a purchase while using my services. So say its a gym at $250 per month membership I will price it at $500 or less so they can make more off the service than they have to pay. (3 or more new paying customers) Jewlery stores are another good niche that have great budgets for marketing. Most growth hackers will tell you a three tiered pricing package will perform better though.
