Because the plugin is not expensive, i bought a second time, the plugin was working. Then i paused the use, and i tried a week ago to activate again, the licence code wasn't working again !!!!

Hi,

We released a number of updates to the plugin and the most recent one required customers to update to the latest version as the older versions would cease to work. I personally emailed all customers of the plugin to advise them of this and that the old versions of the plugins would become inactive and the license key would not be able to activate old versions anymore.

In that email I advised customers that if the plugin could not be updated from inside your WP admin plugins page then to reply to my email with your license key so that I could generate them a download link for the version.

All of our support tickets are responded to the same day and when I checked the support desk earlier today there were no unanswered tickets so the ticket that you said you submitted on January 22nd would have been answered. Please PM me the ticket ID so I can look in to when your ticket was created and when it was answered.

If you create a ticket at the desk then someone can assist you. The plugin won't suddenly stop working one day due to a fault with the plugin. Hi, that feature was temporarily removed in the current version while we worked on updating the code due to updates we are bringing to the plugin. We will be releasing an update to the plugin where that feature is returned along with some new features and even more improvements.

As soon as the update is ready it will show as being available from your WP Admin plugins page where you have the Jacker installed.

Issues - Yes, But they were all newbie mistakes
Newbie Mistake #1 - Was logged into the admin panel when testing it out, ended up raising a stupid ticket.. Sorry Fella's.
Solution to Newbie Mistake - Make sure your logged out of admin panel, and that you haven't already liked the page - otherwise it aint gonna work.

Pricing - The fact that you get a discount - and you got like 20 licences... ahh.. its soo worth it, even if you don't have that many sites now, best to future proof yourself.
Product - Worked as described
Support - Support team are very responsive
Review - 10/10
Why? Because now I have the ability to jack likes into my FB Page without having to pay hundreds of dollars into something that may not pay out. Plus its passive, hidden, and works nicely. Best to set it up super low if you've got alot of visitors, or paying for traffic... FB will get wind of this trick and ban your a$$.
