Having checked with them I see that is what you have done but I wanted to update the thread with this post to point that out rather that it looking like you've been ignored

Well it's currently installed on various websites owned by 1,000's of customers who purchased the plugin and the majority of those customers have installed it on multiple websites they own. Honestly, at this point in the game, I think it's safe to say this works

Your ticket has been replied to. The reason your plugin became inactive is because it was an older version that required updating urgently. We emailed all customers of the Like Jacker to tell them that they must update to the latest version asap. I generated you a new download link for the latest version.

We can't provide support via the thread here as we can't reply too quickly to each post due to BHW rules. For this reason if you need support, as you did, get in touch with the support desk so they can assist you. Posting on this thread that you have submitted a ticket to the support desk won't get your ticket answered any faster as all tickets are replied to in the order they are received.

Hi, as I have said in a post to you previously (and that you have quoted my post), we simply cannot provide support on this thread. Posting here that you have opened a ticket at the desk is totally pointless too. I don't know from your username what your ticket is. I also have no idea what you mean by blocking your account.

Of course the support desk will reply to you, they reply to everyone but they won't reply to your ticket any faster because you posted on the thread about it. As I've said before, if you require support please create a ticket at the support desk and they will assist you. Posting here about the fact you've opened a ticket simply bloats this thread and actually creates more work at our end as we then need to reply to your post and reply to your ticket.

Did the latest upgrade just force the window box to pop?

The previous versions have option to disable the window from popping up.

But the in the latest version, the option has been removed.

I tried testing my site on both mobile and desktop while not logged in faceboo. And indeed there is a pop up window that force me to log in facebook after clicking the x icon (close the pop up box). I dont like this feature. If visitors are not logged in facebook then they should not be getting any pop up window.

Or even if they are logged in, i dont like popping a window, just a click anywhere on a page is enough just like in the previous version
