Permanently Closed Marketplace Sales Thread

Due to an extended period of down time on the server where our licensing system and software is located we have temporarily paused the sales of this plugin.

We have also emailed all customers to explain the server down time.

We had instructed our web hosting company to upgrade the server to meet the demand in our WP plugins and the growth of our company. While upgrading the server they found a small technical issue which required attention before the upgrade could be carried out.

During this downtime the plugins that you're using on your sites will be inactive and you won't be able to activate plugins on new websites. I would like to personally apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and would like to assure you that the server will be back online ASAP.

I purchased it in last week was working fine but since last 2 days plugin became inactive automatically so i reinstalled it and tried to setup again but its not getting activated after several attempts i tried to contact your help desk at webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ but it seems your helpdesk is also not working (helpdesk page is down) may i know whats the problem ? also contacted you on other forums

As previously stated we are currently experiencing some server downtime and we are working closely with the hosting to get this resolved as soon as possible (hopefully by the end of the day) till then the plugin activation wont be functioning.We realize that this is an inconvenience to many of you and we sincerely apologize but unfortunately some circumstances are beyond our control.

Our licensing servers are currently back up and plugin activation is WORKING. We are still waiting for the hosting company to confirm that all the issues wore resolved but hopefully this will be the end of the service interruption.


To reactivate the plugins simply clear your cookies and cache and submit the license key.

Due to a recent server outage we took the decision to remove all of our products from sale at JVzoo. This was the most responsible option available to avoid inconveniencing customers because we always put customers before profits.
