The plugin works fine so its probably something either setup related or an incompatibility with another plugin on your site. If you open a support ticket at - http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ someone will solve it for you. This has been explained numerous times in the thread over and over again on pretty much every page. If you have technical issue and the plugin is not performing as it should open a ticket since we cant provide tech support nor troubleshoot your configuration from the forum thread.

Hi, please don't bother to buy any of our other products, either now or the in the future. Your email address has been added to the blocked buyers list in JVzoo. Your ticket that you opened at our support desk is being replied to so this can be explained to you in more detail and to make sure you don't miss the reason why we refunded you.
The license we sell for the plugins are for personal use only and in no way are the eligible to be resold. Basically you bought the Like Jacker for $23.50 and were looking to sell 19 of the licenses to others at $8 each while expecting us to have had to support those buyers.
That's not how this works and we have refunded your purchase of the Like Jacker and deleted your license.
Whether is was an innocent mistake or not, we take this stand when things like this happen. We're here to run a business that makes a profit so we can keep a roof over our families heads, food on the table and the wolves from the door.

Is there a procedure to test that the Like Jacker is working correctly? I have done the following:
1. Opened another browser that I don't usually use.
2. Deleted all history, including any cookies
3. Logged into facebook on that browser, on a separate tab
4. Visited my site multiple times to trip the jacker, clearing my history after every visit and repeated.
I have my jacker set to go off for 20% of users and not be tripped between 11:30pm and 7:30am, however as I test, I can't seem to get the modal box from loading.
I'm sorry if you have posted info on the correct procedure to do this previously, but I just couldn't find it. I thought it would be good to ask the question here to help others if they are experiencing the same problem in testing.
By the way, the support for this product is awesome and I've been offered a refund when it was found not to be working on one of my wordpress themes. Readers can buy with confidence.

Hi Wookie,
Do the following:
1.Set the Jacker to 100% instead of 20%
2.Remove the Activation Time Settings (btw those are based on server time usually greenwich unless set different)
3. Clear your Cookies and Cache and make sure that the page you are trying to like hasn't been previously liked by you if it has remove the like so that the jacker will fire.
Also it would be best to open a ticket at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ so that someone can take a quick look for you as well (if you are trying to run the jacker on a new setup there might be a plugin or something interfering)

Review :
Software is poorly coded and tested. After using for few days, I got my refund. I faced 2 problems :
1) It works. It likes the Facebook page if users is logged in, but if the user have already liked your page, and it don't have the cookie. It unlike the page too. so if get returning visitors, you will get lots of unlike. It makes the plugin unusable.
2) The modal box pops up immediately as soon as the user come to the website. So the site look spammy and many user run away. No setting available for delaying the modal box.
3) It is very easy to solve both the problems, but the owner is unable to do it. It shows the quality of programmers involved in coding the software.
Better to stay away from the software till these two problems are solved.

Hi and thank you for your delayed review of an older version of the Like Jacker.
So, point #1 that you raised. That is no longer an issue for any users of the plugin as we updated the plugin to resolve this. Only a small number of users were affected by the issue for a very short period, but as dedicated and reliable developers who constantly update all of our plugins, the issue was identified and fixed very quickly.
To be as clear as possible for you, the unliking issue no longer exists in the current version of the plugin because we updated the plugin. I would hope that by updating a plugin so often and so quickly would go some way to showing the "quality of the programmers involved in coding the software"
Now, for the 'issue' of the modal box appearing instantly. This isn't an issue, what point #2 really is is your own personal preference and one that would adversely affect the plugins ability to Like Jack as much of a sites traffic as possible.
The modal box is meant to appear instantly and we never said that there is a setting to delay the modal box from appearing. It's not that we're unable to to do it, it's actually that it is meant to appear instantly because the plugin is able to Like Jack more of your sites traffic that way.
We have been coding cutting edge, unique, Black Hat plugins for a long time and we know how the plugin needs to function to carry out the task it's designed to do. Delaying the Modal Box from appearing is actually a very bad idea and will cause less visitors to be Jacked.
In your parting comment you advised users to stay away until these 'issues' have been fixed. Well, point #1 has been fixed and point #2 isn't a fault or an issue. Point #2 was your own personal preference for a setting that would actually have an adverse affect on the plugins ability to do its job which is why we have no intention of introducing such a setting.

The feature which stop the plugin once we reach the daily limit will be re-introduced soon? This was very important to me 'cause I would use it on pages with low numbers of likes (150-200). If I shot 300-400 like per day on similar pages I will get a confirm windows or a ban for sure...
Second question: the plugin use cookie or something that con conflict with the cache? Almost all of my website, indeed, have a cache working on it. I wouldn't that when cache is enabled the popup will appear at every pageview
