And by this I'm assuming you mean using a different name, email address, physical address, CC, Bank account, IP address, and PC profile?
There is something I'm unsure about in terms of stealth accounts. When creating them, do you verify the account with the CC and link the bank account immediately or is there an amount of time that should elapse before this?

Yea you seem to have a handle on that - keep in mind that you have just mentioned the base requirements, it is more important that you don't use your account in any strange manner and that is the artistic piece in my opinion. Absolutely everything you do is recorded and mined by eBay/PayPal, assume nothing is skipped. We are in an age of big data and artifical intelligence etc so imho stealth will be getting more difficult because patterns will be detected compared to regular legitimate accounts. Once some stealth accounts have been detected, accounts with that other pattern can be suspended etc and request detailed validation from the account holder. You will be in a bind if you can't provide the info in a timely fashion.
I'm not an expert. One thing to remember is that I think it's better to use like a mobile network data connection (ip) and power cycling to get a new IP as opposed to using proxy server and VPN services etc. You don't want to be accessing from too many random IPs from data centers. The vast majority of commercial proxies / vpns will be coming from data centre IP blocks.
I would say that mobile data networks are ok though, because they are domestic use and eBay/PayPal etc understand the IPs are not static and pulled from a pool/shared.
I'm sorry but I can't answer your question. It's actually one of the main reasons I haven't even considered stealth, it's too close to fraud for me.
Point to note, you can create fully legal stealth accounts by setting up companies. I plan on doing that in the new year.
Thank you for the timely response and I truly appreciate the advise, it will be noted as I go about my business on ebay/paypal.
I do plan on evetually making my ebay endeavors legitamate by registering an LLC but I'll take OP's advice and only go forward that direction after some experience has been acquired and I don't get my main account suspended.

I am new to all these. I have a simple question. While they, means product owners can post their item for selling, why would they allow you to come in between? And even why would people buy from the "via", while they can purchase from "direct" source? I don't understand this. Is there any logic in my question?

I have had an account at ebay for over 7 years I have decided to try it again. I have over
100 ratings that are 100% positive. I have been using ebay off and on, while taking a long
break from it at times. I even purchased World Wide Brands back in 2007 and I still have
not found my niche there. Hoping this time around things will improve.

I had read your open post on that thread before I asked. It's a long post, so I didn't take time to read
everything there. With all the money I have spent for World Wide Brands and all the methods I have
tried (well one showed me how to get the 100+ positive feedbacks I have now), I have yet been able
to make real money on ebay with them.
What kind of guarantees can you offer from the sales thread? I am willing to chat on Skype if you are able.
