I wrote about 20 messages to email, forum and now I have to write here because everyone is ignoring my message....12 DAYS!!! This was the last reply I recieve....

Pl note that software comes with no refund, which is being mentioned on this BST also. Software is working fine and support is ready to help, at times it gets delayed but it doesnt mean tool isnt working.
