i actually got the license to activate again however when i activate the plugin i get this error on my webiste

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi, no it doesn't as this is a WordPress plugin which means it will only work on a self-hosted WordPress site.

I just checked at the support desk and there are no unanswered tickets at the moment. When a ticket is responded to the user receives an email notification. Can you check the ticket that you opened as there are no unanswered tickets at the moment.
