Ask me anything about dropshipping on ebay

Hi I do have a questions need to ask your advise. Recently I got two item unreceived case, since 40% of my products are drop shipping from overseas, it usually takes around 5-6 days to reach to the buyer. Most of them are fine with the timing, but some are not, and it affect my selling limits now.

My monthly selling limits is still the same as before, but everytime when I try to edit old listing or create new listings, on the last step, eBay ask me to call them with a random code (this code is not the one to verify your account, it says).

So I can not do anything to add more products anymore.

Some members on aspkin says it does affect them the same way for the upcoming month but they didn't call in.

I was wondering how long it will take and what should I do? I have a lot of local shipping prove since 60% of my products are shipping out locally.

I am so desperate now for your advise. Thank you so much if you can help.

You need to find suppliers that aren't overseas. Every item needs to get to your buyer within 2-Days

Sell consistently, get lots of positive feedback, and the hold should go away

How do you handle returns with the return policy having the buyer pay for shipping?

Hey guys, anybody used VCCs to setup Prime accounts for shipping only? How many items can you ship out before the account is burned?

I have been buying items off of Amazon and reselling onto Ebay. Is there a faster way of looking through Amazon and then cutting and pasting that item description on Ebay to see if it is a seller? Or is that the best process to use? I buy the product and have it shipped to me and then i reship it.

Keep doing your thing. That's the most effective method

Is there software out there that can make this a quicker process?

The entire process? Definitely. Actually finding items? Not really, but software is not needed: It takes me half an hour to find 100 items manually

Can you elaborate on the name of the software and how you find them manually? I don't care about the items you find just the quicker process.

Just putting this here so that more people can see it/potentially answer you. Have no personal experience with VCCs

I talk about both in my course :)

The Amazon Product Advertising API can retrieve the description and basic information of an item given its ASIN. If you have some programming chops, then you can write a program to grab this information and use AddItem from eBay's Trading API to upload the listing. Amazon has all the information you need to post a listing aside from the eBay category, and GetSuggestedCategories can provide that.

Can someone make like $xxx, xxx on ebay? If you can do that, will you have any trouble with the ebay's sacred T&C?

+1 on this. I'm using Amazon PAAPI but to add listings i'm creating a File Exchange CSV document via my program and upload to eBay. It's better than using the add item api imho as it can operate at greater scale and more efficiently. I intend to automate that process too.

I have 2 more prime accounts, using same card but different browser on separate computer's user, but not sure how long those 2 accounts will last.

Thinking to cancel this account once all current orders ship out.

How big the sale will drop if we only use standard shipping? Thank you.

Can someone point me to a software that will cancel an auction on ebay when inventory has been exhausted??

Hey Rose. I think with your current situation you should register a business and use Amazon Business
